When it comes to purchasing online, we at ALLIN understand the importance of Returns & Replacements. To avoid deceitful actions, however, the following conditions must be followed in order to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- The returns and replacements policy only applies if the things received are damaged or delivered incorrectly (at our fault).
- Within 24 hours of the delivery date, claims must be filed. Any claim submitted after the delivery date has passed will be rejected.
- If an item was delivered incorrectly, it must not be opened or used and must be kept in its original package and condition.
- Only claims that are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date will be replaced. After ALLIN receives and analyses the returned item, a replacement will be supplied if the product condition is found to be satisfactory.
- If we require that the item be delivered, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs. (Customer-paid delivery expenses will be redeemed in the form of a voucher code).
- Customers are responsible for the returned items until they arrive at our warehouse.
- Replacement of the same product will be supplied; change of mind or product will not be replaced.
Stocks for sale or on promotion
There will be no exchange. Returns are not accepted on promotional items sold at a discount.
We only ship within Pakistan, and all orders are now charged a flat amount of PKR 150 for shipping. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days.
