When it comes to purchasing online, we at ALLIN understand the importance of Returns & Replacements. The following conditions must be followed in order to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:

  1. The returns and replacements policy only applies if the things received are damaged or delivered incorrectly (at our fault).
  2. Within 24 hours of the delivery date, claims must be filed. Any claim submitted after the delivery date has passed will be rejected.
  3. If an item was delivered incorrectly, it must not be opened or used and must be kept in its original package and condition.
  4. Only claims that are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date will be replaced. After ALLIN receives and analyses the returned item, a replacement will be supplied if the product condition is found to be satisfactory.
  5. If we require that the item be delivered, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs. (Customer-paid delivery expenses will be redeemed in the form of a voucher code).
  6. Customers are responsible for the returned items until they arrive at our warehouse.
  7. Replacement of the same product will be supplied; change of mind or product will not be replaced.


There will be no exchange. Returns are not accepted on promotional items sold at a discount.


We only ship within Pakistan, and all orders are now charged a flat amount of PKR 150 for shipping. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days.
